RETURNS POLICY

 Return policy - Wild Atlantique Online

We hope you will be completely satisfied with your purchase, if however you are not, please note the following:
  • We will accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective full-price merchandise for a full refund within 30 days of the delivery date, with original tags attached. Customers may incur a 30% restocking fee depending on the condition and nature of the product ordered. 
  • All merchandise must have hangtags attached; swimwear must have the hygiene liner intact; shoes must be returned in their original packaging with box and dust bag and without scratches on soles.
  • Sale merchandise that is less than 50% off of original prices can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of delivery date only.
  • ‘Final Sale’ and ‘Sample Sale’ items may not be returned or exchanged. Please note that all lingerie, all items that have been altered, and all sale merchandise that is 50% off the original prices are final sale.
  • Damaged or incorrectly shipped merchandise must be reported to Wild Atlantique Online within 14 days of receipt. In the event that we process an order incorrectly, or you receive a damaged or defective item, we will replace that item or accept it back for a full refund.
  • As so many of our items are unique designs and have ‘patinas’ etc, Please contact us at info@wildatlantique.com first to confirm the condition of your item is not inherent in the individual making of the piece and/or that a replacement item would not have the same quality of finish etc. before you decide to return for a replacement.
  • Shipping and Handling charges are non-refundable.
  • All International Returns (including damaged goods) are the customer's responsibility and shipping costs will not be reimbursed. No C.O.D. packages of returns will be accepted.

Please select the appropriate return reason code, and mark it next to the item you are sending back on Item Detail list on the front of this Invoice.
A - Too Small         B - Too Big       C - Not As Pictured      D - incorrect Item / Color
E - Did not Like/Changed Mind             F - Quality        G - Damage
*If an Item has and X in its return code field, that item is not eligible for a return.
Shipping**
Please address all return packages to:

Enclose a copy of your invoice with your merchandise and complete a return reason code for each item being returned. We recommend sending your package to us via a traceable carrier and retaining any tracking information.

**Please note that we can only accept responsibility for packages shipped with a traceable carrier.  We do not accept C.O.D. packages.
Refunds
Once your package has been received by Wild Atlantique, your refund will be issued within 7-10 business days to the original payment method. Returns are not processed on the same day they are received.  You will be notified via email when the refund has been completed. Please note that for credit cards refunds, your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to you account once they received the information from Wild Atlantique.
